The Dogs Bollix Irish Bar

Since its inception in 1996, Bollix Irish Bar has reached great heights and provides the best of international rock, pop, folk and blues talent. Located in the heart of Auckland, the Dogs Bollix is the city's premier music venue. A friendly pub Dogs Bollix is renowned for its great atmosphere, varied clientele and outstanding pub food.

The venue is loaded with live music at least six nights a week, has a selection of fine beers, spirits and prides itself on its friendly, open atmosphere. The Dogs Bollix is proud to support and promote NZ and international original music and artists. It is a great facility with a capacity of 250- 300 people. It has an elevated stage with superior sound quality. It consists of Audiopro 12/20 mixing desk and amp, 4 fold back wedges and 2 front house speakers. This system is limited to vocals, acoustic strings, woodwind - no drums or bass.

The Dog's Bollix Bar is an utterly authentic Irish pub with a solid reputation for Auckland's foremost live music performances. This is the perfect place to hear the songs, stories and sentiments of Milo's Wake - with a drink or two along the way.

Opening Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 4pm till late.
Thursday to Sunday: 11.30am till late.
Live music generally starts 9pm.
