Queen's wharf - delays already

There's some confusion. The short list of winning designs was supposed to be today. After seeing nothing on the website I made some inquiries and got a call back saying: The short list will now be announced on Tuesday (29/09/2009) - not today as officially scheduled. Delays already without any construction having been started. Even for Auckland that's chronic.
